The SDCA Futurity is held at the annual national specialty and is open to SDCA members only.

INSTRUCTIONS: Add the number of entries you would like to make to your cart.  After you check out and payment has been received, then a link to the form will be emailed to you.  Please fill it out and send to the Futurity Secretary at futurity@deerhound.org

Whenever possible reminders, notifications and other appropriate correspondence will be done via email for efficiency and cost reduction.

All nominations and fees will be considered recorded upon date of payment receipt by Futurity Secretary.

Puppies from a previously Futurity nominated AKC-registerable litter must be must be initially nominated before 4 months of age.

PUPPY NOMINATION FEE:   $15.00 per puppy

LATE PENALTY:   $10.00 in addition to regular fee for each month, or fraction thereof, if nominated when the puppy is over 4 months old.
